Runshi Hua Hydrogen Energy Partners with Enapter to Roll Off First Localization Batch of AEM Electrolyzers in China for Overseas Delivery

FOSHAN —On August 18^th, 2026, Runshi Hua Hydrogen Energy hosted a strategic signing ceremony with Enapter AG alongside the line-off event for China's first localized AEM electrolyzer unit designated for overseas delivery at its Foshan manufacturing base. Representatives from the Nanjing Jiangbei New Area Administrative Committee, Enapter, Lanzhou LS Group, and upstream & downstream supply chain partners attended the event.

Under the partnership, Enapter, a publicly listed German technology company, provides its AEM technological framework, product R&D expertise, and design capabilities. Runshi Hua Hydrogen Energy and its parent company, Runshi Hua Holding Group, contribute domestic industrial resources, engineering manufacturing capabilities, supply chain networks, and market execution. The two parties plan to establish a hydrogen equipment manufacturing center in China. Leveraging Runshi Hua Hydrogen Energy's production platform, the initiative will connect European technology with global market demand to accelerate the R&D, manufacturing, and delivery of water electrolysis equipment utilizing both AEM and PEM membrane pathways.

The production and delivery of this inaugural AEM electrolyzer unit mark the formal establishment of Runshi Hua Hydrogen Energy's localized manufacturing and international delivery capabilities for AEM technology.
