PERIC Hydrogen Technologies Co., Ltd. (PERIC Hydrogen), a wholly owned subsidiary of the 718th Research Institute under China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC), has completed the manufacturing, commissioning and inspection of a self-developed 200 Nm³/h complete hydrogen production system and shipped the equipment to a customer in Serbia.

The system will be deployed at Serbia’s first hydrogen refuelling station, which is expected to serve as a demonstration project for the development of the country’s hydrogen infrastructure. The delivery marks another step in PERIC Hydrogen’s expansion into the European new-energy market.
The hydrogen refuelling station is positioned as an important part of Serbia’s emerging hydrogen industry and is expected to support the development of hydrogen applications and the energy transition in the transport sector. The 200 Nm³/h hydrogen production system supplied by PERIC Hydrogen will provide the station with a stable and efficient source of green hydrogen, supporting the development of hydrogen refuelling infrastructure and new-energy mobility in the country.
The complete hydrogen production system was designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with EU CE safety requirements and has completed the relevant CE certification process. According to the company, the equipment combines stable operation, efficient energy consumption, ease of maintenance and broad adaptability, enabling it to meet the requirements of different operating conditions and European industry standards.
The project demonstrates PERIC Hydrogen’s capabilities in hydrogen technology development and equipment manufacturing, while also representing another step in the international expansion of Chinese hydrogen equipment into the European market.
PERIC Hydrogen said it will continue to focus on the green-hydrogen sector, further develop advanced hydrogen equipment and expand cooperation in overseas new-energy markets, contributing Chinese-manufactured solutions to the global clean-energy transition.
